I never did believe in going by the "book" so to speak when it comes to relationships. You just go with the flow of the relationship, and deal with things on a "real" basis. Everyone and everything is not the same. All people cannot possibly go by the book because the "book" will not fit everyone's personality traits. So..just go on your instincts. That's all you need. "ALL YOU'LL EVER NEED IS LOVE, BABY'! :-)

ok i did all these things and we were together 3 months because he lied and said what he thought i wanted to hear. so im wondering how's the best way or maybe some warning signs to tell if you're getting the truth or get what i did.

you can never really tell anymore if he is telling the truth unless when you have an arguement. NO RELATIONSHIP IS EVER PERFECT!!!!!

these questions do help one see if they have possibilities as a couple, another issue that i have found is that i love a traditional relationship, as in my husband is the head of the household ( i dont want to hear anything from you feminists either) ,, and there are a lot of women that want a strong man, and there are not that many UN-feminized men out there... but take heart ladies,, there are a few !!! i am a former business owner and a very independent woman,, but i love a man in charge ... the basics.. these questions cover are a great basis upon which to build !!!

You can ask ALL that....and STILL not know for sure...like is not guaranteed, or on warranty...it is exactly the opposite! Just keep your eyes open, learn from the mistakes, and stay away from the fakes....they are every where! Time, consistency, those show a person's true colors. Slow down, get to know a person first, let love come when the time is right, if you try and force it, or speed it up....it is lost! If you need someone THAT bad....look at yourself, you are not ready for love to enter your life.

I actually think these are very good questions to ask your potential mate for life. Unfortunately, I did ALL of those things and was apparently lied to because we clash about EVERYTHING. I married his representative, the one that told and showed me exactly what I wanted to hear only to find out he is not that person at all!!
