Yes, dating as a celebrity is hard, but some stars do it better than others. Take (please, quickly) Britney Spears, who desperately needs a role model. Our nominee is Reese Witherspoon. Divorced from actor Ryan Phillippe, stylish Reese is now with all-around sweetie Jake Gyllenhaal. Never see them together? A lady never tells.
“So here's what Reese could teach fellow single mom Britney Spears”
So here's what Reese could teach fellow single mom Britney Spears and other single celebri-moms looking for love:
1. A good man is hard to find. It doesn't matter if you're the most popular pop star in the world or an Oscar-winning actress, a good man is hard to find, and for sure you probably won't find him at Pure in Las Vegas at 3 a.m. on a Thursday.
2. Always put your family first. It's OK to take a night off from the club scene to hang out with the kids at home. A man who doesn't mind a quiet evening might be good for you, but try to stay away from your mannies and bodyguards.
3. Be good to yourself. Shaving your head, trying to get a job as a waitress, stripping down to your underwear in public -- not good ideas.
“Be good to yourself and everything else will follow.”
Be good to yourself and everything else will follow.
More Ah-Ha's and Oh-No's in our celebri-date file:
Jessica Biel -- we'll pass on the guys (Chris Evans, Ryan Reynolds and now Justin Timberlake?), but we'd borrow her wardrobe and her little black book.
Jennifer Aniston -- we're rooting for America's sweetheart (who can count exes Brad Pitt, Vince Vaughn and model Paul Sculfor among her conquests). She keeps it smooth and classy, just like her clothes.
Kate Hudson -- we shudder at ex-husband Chris Robinson (father of son Ryder), and the trend continues (Playboy Owen Wilson? Dax Shepard? Eew).
Cameron Diaz -- Cam's taste is questionable in a lot of ways. Clothes and men? She's either dead on the money (Justin Timberlake) or way, WAY off (Criss Angel, Jared Leto).

I once married a widow with three(3) kids, all in grade/pre scool at the time and I know how T-O-U-G-H it can be. One thing I would suggest is to try making things as balanced as possible. By that I mean don't be over protective of the children, nor should one treat the date overly special. This is the hardest part I think. Remember that if the relationship is long term, the children will someday leave and have their own lives. Where will that leave you? By the way- I ended up divorcing that young widow, and she is now alone.

I don't think there's anything wrong with dating Owen Wilson, Dax Shepard, Criss Angel, or Jared Leto. I resent the writer's blatent dislike for those people who act how they want, think outside of the box, or march to the beat of a different drummer. Everyone has a perference even though others may question it. All women should be encouraged to date who they want, and if it's a mistake, time will tell. Let all women (not just the above listed celebirties) make their own choices (and mistakes) when it comes to love.

I echo #1: Children in relationships, whether they are yours or the other persons need their proper place. That place is given largely by their age. However, first and foremost remember what commentator #1 said, one day they leave to find lives of their own. If you have forgotten about your mate, your mate may not be there in the end. Preserve the foundation of your family life--your marriage!

I do have to agree with Reese's way of dating, DAAT(Don't Ask and Tell). You leave your face expressionless and that will give less away. It does not just applied to celebs. Real people posted their moves online and as a result lives can be wreaked if not careful.

Once again this is total one sided sexist bull!!! Trying to find a good woman is harder today. If you are a single mother who gave you the idea that you can waste our time. We are not obligated to put up with your timelines. Why waste time with someone who cares little or has little time to spend compared to a woman who has no other obligations. We want our needs met. It's not just you. Get a grip! Single mothers often think that men owe them time and relationships. We have the right to choose and if we decide to spend time with a single woman, it's our choice. Put up or get lost!!!!! I'm tired of women being rude.

This woman is another classic example of the narrow minded women in our society. It's no surprise that women like her cannot find good men. Why would you put up with a BAD woman. Where have all the good women? This woman want's to put the blame on the guys. This Misanderer needs to get a clue!
