Being the only girl in a household filled with men, I can honestly say, this is 100% accurate

Are we supposed to take these chauvinistic things you say seriously? Perhaps we should...but if so, in my opinion, life might be better without men.

Wow, the last few comments make me think there are a lot of bitter and/or delusional women out there. I grew up with brothers and I've had my share of guy friends who have been brutally honest with me. And, truthfully, whether it seems fair or not, Evan's list is completely accurate. Yes, even the intelligent, evolved, sensitive guys will admit, when pressed, that Jessica Alba is hot and that they really don't care what their girlfriend wears. And as for make-up...well, yes, the natural look is just fine and I would of course want my love interest to be attracted to me sans make-up. But, let's face facts, even the most natural looking girl-next- door looks nice with a little mascara on. I don't think Evan was implying that women should look clownish and made up like hookers...the #2 commentator above is really reading into things if that's what she believes he is telling us.

Here's my own list: 1) I had an argument with my boyfriend about this and it's not that we expect you to know everything we're thinking, we just don't expect you to be dense. 2) I think Jessica Alba is hot too. And Angelina Jolie. And Keira Knightley. Why is this a problem? 3) I don't see a problem with doing something nice for my man, but if it takes some stranger to write four letters on an article I just happened to come across for me to feel appreciated for doing said things, the man isn't putting enough effort into the relationship. 4) The shoe fetish thing is so stereotypical. 5) My boyfriend prefers me without make-up. Even when I want to wear it he trys to convince me not to, says he doesn't want to taste lipstick when he kisses me. 6) I don't know what kind of fights other people have, but my boyfriend and I don't have the same issues as he does with his guy friends. He plays video games with his friends, but he's trying to establish a life with me. 7) This must be just an us thing because my boyfriend cares what I wear way more than I do. In fact we've been fighting about it (a fight I bet would never arise amongst his guy friends). He's trying to convince me to wear more feminine clothing while I'm perfectly content to wear his clothes. Girls clothes are made to look pretty and I've never found them very comortable or durable. 8) Maybe we don't want to be courted! Go to a singles bar and leave us alone! 9) Women bring up past mistakes to keep you from repeating them. We'll stop when you stop. 10) Most women know this. We do it to mess with you. 11) We know what you actually want to do with them and that's what we're afraid of! 12) This one I like Why don't men try to understand women?

I have been arguing with my boyfriend over silly things and this is going to help me alot. It is easy to understand, good advise for all ages I think, and I am going to pass this on to some of my friends...thanx
