If you keep doing what you've always done; you'll always get what you always got. I am not sure where I heard it, but it is so simple and true. That said, it is time to try something new. I haven't totally embraced this new way of meeting people, but I have friends who have met wonderful people this way...so I am optimistic. I would love to meet the right person this way, but whether or not we end up being right for each other doesn't matter, as long as we have fun in the process.

I'd like to thank all you guys for taking the time to think about and put into words who you think you are. Some of you were even able to put humor into what you said, and I laughed at you even though your profile wasn't the best match. Never underestimate the power of laughter. I think one of the most attractive qualities in a man is his ability to laugh at himself. I love self-deprecating humor! I love men who are intelligent, humorous, honest, direct, charming, articulate, handsome, and fit with a zest for life.


I believe in optimism, and looking for the good in people. We all have the choice of where to focus our attention.
