I am in many ways an old-fashioned type of guy. I try to emulate my grandfathers and my dad, as they are good men, they are gentlemen. I enjoy completely immersing myself in what ever task I have at hand whether it be planning a family outing, snowboarding through fresh powder (or over tailbone breaking ice!) or reading a riveting novel. After a couple of drinks, my friends might say I come up with all of the really good "bad ideas"! I am a very adventurous guy and if there is something I have not done, it is probably on my list. I also enjoy and cherish having quality time at home where countless hours pass by stealthily undetected. I like going on picnics to the beach to watch the sunset over a bottle of wine with someone who likes the feel of sand between her toes. I have a lot of get up and go and I am looking for someone who might like to join me on the journey.
